100% Full Spectrum Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Respiratory concerns are common for many people around the world. Whether it be a cold, asthma, sinusitis, or bronchitis, mucus, phlegm, Eucalyptus Essential Oil may support the annoying symptoms of a runny nose, sore throat, cough, nasal congestion or other respiratory issues. Many people frantically clean their homes when a family member gets sick, disinfecting every surface. However, many don’t realize that the air in the home carries a lot of the germs and Eucalyptus Essential Oil can be used in this area by creating an environment that may help prevent the spread of airborne illnesses.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil can be used topically, in a diffuser, vaporizer, by boiling water, as a disinfectant and air purifier.
Diffuser: Add 5-10 Eucalyptus Essential Oil drops to a pot of boiling water, vaporizer or diffuser and breathe in the steam. Breathing in the aroma allows may help with opening breathing passages, de-stress, and getting rid of tension.
Topically:
Chest and BackRub: Mix 6 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil with 5 Drops of MCT Carrier Oil.
For children and Seniors over 60, mix 3 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil with 3 Drops of MCT Carrier Oil. Rub into chest and back.
Headache/Tension: Combine 1 – 2 Drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 1 -2 Drops of Lavandin Essential Oil and 1 – 2 and 1 -2 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 1 -2 Drops MCT Carrier Oil. Apply 1 – 2 Drops to temples and back of the neck or Drop 1 -2 Drops in palms rub together and inhale. Repeat as needed.
Sore Muscle Relief: Combine 6 Drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 6 Drops of Lavandin Essential Oil, and 1 – 2 Cups Epson Salt in a warm bath. Soak up to 30 minutes.
Other Uses:
Disinfectant/Room Spritzer: Combine 15 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil with 5 Drops of Essential Orange Oil, 10 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil, and 10 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil add to a (4) oz Water bottle. Add 5 Drops of Lavandin Essential Oil to enhance the fragrance, then fill with purified water.
Laundry: Refresh the laundry by adding 5 Drops to Water when washing clothes, add 5 Drops of Lavandin Essential Oil to enhance the fragrance.

Aways contact your doctor before using if you have a medical condition such as asthma, cancer, or using medication. Eucalyptus essential oil helps soothe may help to soothe asthma symptoms, but it will not stop an asthma attack.
